Maintenance Course
Our full-day SMART Performance Maintenance Course is priced at $249 plus tax. It's designed for riders who want the confidence to handle common problems on the trail or road.
From flat tires to electrical glitches, this hands-on course teaches essential skills every off-roader should know. Courses run in May and July, with additional dates available as needed.

Motorcycle Operator Certification
This full-day, CSC-certified motorcycle course is $399 per person and provides workplace-recognized training in safe motorcycle operation, riding techniques, hazard awareness, and best practices for both recreational and professional riding.

Build skills & conquer our
maintenance course
Available on select dates – contact us to reserve your spot! Our full-day training sessions (8:30 AM to approx. 4:00 PM) are held at SMART Adventures in the beautiful Horseshoe Valley area of Central Ontario.
Led by experienced instructors with extensive mechanical and off-road expertise, this training is ideal for dual sport, adventure bike (including BMW), and dirt bike riders. Bring your own bike or, upon request, train on one of ours.
Participants must have basic riding experience and will complete a quick screening phone call to ensure the course is a good fit. Riders are asked to bring or purchase their own lunch, with an optional group lunch stop available. Water is provided, and refillable bottles are encouraged.
A signed online waiver is also required—we’ll send you the link once your booking is confirmed.
This full-day course offers hands-on mechanical practice in a small group setting, covering everything from tire and tube repair—including plugs, patches, and removal or replacement—to metal patching techniques using J.B. Weld.
You’ll learn crash repair and recovery methods such as bump starting, towing, and lifting, along with electrical diagnostics for common issues.
The course also includes toolkit recommendations and assembly guidance for adventure riders, plus practical tips and real-world insights shared by experienced riders and mechanics.
